How-toReportingExport to CSV

Export to CSV

Carrier Stash exports data as CSV in two places: straight from the Reports workspace, and from the dedicated Export page for carrier and caregiver lists. Both open in any spreadsheet tool.

Exports are part of the paid tiers. A Free organization gets one export; after that the Export page prompts to upgrade. Exports are also paused while an organization is over its plan limit.

Export a report

1. Open the report

Go to the Reports workspace and pick the report you want — see Read your reports for the five reports.

2. Filter it down (optional)

Apply facets, a date range, search, or grouping so the export contains exactly the rows you want. The export reflects what’s currently on screen, including your visible columns.

3. Export

Choose Export CSV in the toolbar to download every row, or select specific rows first and use Export selected to download just those. The file downloads as <report>-report.csv. To save a report as PDF instead, use PDF, which opens your browser’s print dialog.

Export carriers or caregivers

The Export page has two dedicated, scoped exports:

  • Carriers — downloads carriers marked for sale. Archived carriers are excluded.
  • Caregivers — downloads caregivers who are opted in to the newsletter and mass email, with name and contact details only.

1. Open the Export page

Go to the organization’s Export page.

2. Choose an export

Open Export carriers (CSV) or Export caregivers (CSV) and choose Download CSV. If your plan’s export is unavailable, the button is disabled and the dialog explains why.

After exporting

The CSV downloads to your device. To bring data back in, the Export page links to the bulk importer for carriers and caregivers.
