User (volunteer) guide
In Carrier Stash your role is called User — most libraries call this person a volunteer.
Everything a User needs to help run a library. Users handle the day-to-day work in the libraries they’re assigned to: checking carriers out and in, finding or adding caregivers, and helping at events. You’ll see the libraries you’re assigned to, and what you can view across the org depends on its access mode.
Some actions are reserved for a Library Owner or Org Admin — for example, overriding a Do Not Lend notice during check-out. When you hit one of those, ask a Library Owner for help.
