Library Owner guide

Everything a Library Owner needs to run a library day to day. A Library Owner is the admin of a specific library: you manage that library’s carriers, run and oversee lending, keep caregiver records in order, and configure the library’s settings. You can also override the blacklist gate during check-out when needed.

Your access is scoped to the libraries you’re assigned to. Org-wide settings, billing, and inviting new people to the org belong to the Org Admin.

What you can do

  • Add, edit, and manage carriers in your library.
  • Check carriers out and in, renew loans, and handle overdue and reserved carriers.
  • Create and manage caregiver records, waivers, flags, and fit checks.
  • Override a blacklist notice during check-out (with a logged reason).
  • Manage which of your team members can access the library.
